Goliath II is
a miniature 9-year old; a tiny
Indian elephant
who tries everything to impress his father and wishes to prove that
he can be as good as his father, though all his efforts and
curiosities get him into trouble. Because of his size, his father
doesn't care about him; only his mother does.
Goliath II
tells the story of the life of a small elephant that is no bigger
than his father named Goliath I. His father is the biggest ivory
mammoth of them all. His father hopes that one day Goliath II will
grow up to become a giant like himself and respect in the jungle. Her
mother always defends Goliath II like most other mothers. His mother
was very proud and did not care about Goliath's current condition.
His mother was convinced that someday Goliath II would be as strong
as his father, just a matter of time. Raising Goliath II in the
jungle full of threats is not easy, problems and one of his mother's
worries are enemies in a jungle is a nasty tiger named Raja is
curious about tasting an elephant or any animal he sees in his path
and tries to attack Goliath, Raja is always looking for opportunities
to be able to prey on Goliath II, but always fails because his mother
who managed to help him. His mother always advised him not to wander
far without his knowledge because it is so dangerous for him, many
wild animals that can eat it like a crocodile.
One day,
while marching through the jungle, Goliath II gets lost following a
snail. As Goliath II's mother looks for him, Raja does too. She finds
Goliath II stuck in a small hole. As Raja is about to grab ahold of
him, Goliath II's mother sucks him with her trunk and saves him. She
then scolds Goliath II for wandering off like that and is then put in
a nest on a tree for punishment. Goliath II doesn't like this
treatment and feels tired to be treated like a little baby, so that
night, he sneaks away, vowing to never return. In his journey,
Goliath II feels scared because of the surrounding environment. Many
wild beasts who continue to pursue and find a way to eat it, he runs
scared because being hunted by wild animals as he walks on a plant,
it tickles Raja awake. As Raja grabs him, Goliath II calls for his
mother He shouted "Mom, help me" while running scared but
his mother comes to the rescue. She grabs Raja by the tail and flings
him into the crocodile never to be seen again. Due to a foul and
attempted escape from a herd of elephants Goliath II was finally
convicted, Goliath II was saddened for having embarrassed his great
father.
Once when a
herd of elephants was walking through the jungle, Goliath's father
noticed a mice that frightened him and dismissed the line suddenly,
because it Mother’s of Goliath II forgot his son and Goliath II
left alone to face the mice, but Goliath II was not afraid of mouse
and try to fight it. The courage of Goliath II was able to make the
mice surrender, and in the end Goliath was rewarded for the courage
he had made for the elephant herds of the highest position in a herd
of elephants of honor on his father's head and to his mother's worry
was over for now and felt not to lose he is in this world.
